Added a stopwatch to Between to make competing with friends possible

With our great release yesterday it was good but it still needed more/. Between now has a timer that keeps track of how long you've been alive. This makes getting better at the game feel more rewarding and impactful and now it can be played against friends to see who can survive longer. I'm considering adding a session high score, what do you think?
